From Silent to Gen Z: Fundraising Across the Generations.

Time: 12:00-1:00pm

Venue: Zoom

Program Description: For the first time in history, nonprofits are engaging five generations of donors at once—from the legacy-minded Silent Generation all the way to the digitally native Gen Z. Each group brings its own preferences, motivations, and communication styles, and fundraisers who can adapt will be best positioned to build lasting relationships. At this in-person, interactive training session, Susan Kahan will share how to confidently approach conversations with donors across generations, adjust your language and style for different age cohorts, and examine real world scenarios that mirror real donor conversations, so you leave ready to apply these skills in your own work.

Speaker Bio: With more than 15 years working in the nonprofit sector, Susan Kahan is passionate about the power of philanthropy and helping organizations meet and exceed their revenue goals to fulfill their missions.
