This session will guide development leaders through the essential steps of assessing campaign readiness. Participants will leave with a clear understanding of what it takes to responsibly plan and launch a campaign that strengthens your organization’s infrastructure and long-term sustainability. This session will resonate with professionals in any stage of campaign work.
Speaker Bio: During Judy’s 30 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, including nearly 15 years as a consultant, she has collaborated with over 100 organizations to craft strategic plans, advise board and professional leadership, and elevate fundraising capabilities, driving successful capital and endowment campaigns. Judy’s work includes initiatives for JCCs, synagogues, independent schools, camps, and human service organizations.
At Evolve Giving Group, Judy oversees the Fundraising and Talent teams, bringing passion and purpose to every project. She infuses social equity and justice into client engagements and internal team development. Her strategic approach resonates with values-driven donors and empowers organizations to create lasting impact.
